This Iraqi Dinar Bank page includes a list of banks authorized to do business in Iraq that also sell Iraqi Dinar.
This list is subject to change, so be sure to review the site regularly. Contact the banks by e-mail and ask about the process for opening an account for the purposes of buying Dinar. Some of these banks might not accept personal accounts, so be sure to check with each bank before sending any money in exchange for Dinar.
