I purchased 250,000. dinar over or at 2 years ago and still wouldnt break even…….oh well someones gettin rich but dont think its the guy holding the dinars……lol…..the jokes on me!!
I bought my 25,000 dinar notes after they changed it in 2004. I bought $1,300 worth and it has gone up $200 since 2004. By the time the dust settles I may be to old to enjoy the money but hopefully my children will be able to.

All you folks from way back when, how has that worked out for you? The “tomorrow” poster, I laugh. I, myself, invested in some of the dinar when it devalued. This, however, is going to be a long-time investement. Keep in mind: We are waiting on one of the most unstable regions in the world to stabilize, then revalue their money. I do hope it happens, and for anyone else that invested in the Iraqi denar, same is hoped for. The problem, however, is that the region is so unstable, and each majority/minority will use any possible means to gain the advantage. So i believe this is still a gamble, but is better than playing craps in Las Vegas.
I read our gov had 4 trillion ID purchased at 4000 ID to $1.00. If they really go to parity, the #1 winner will be USA, as the 4 trillion originally worthless dinar will be enough to cover the hole that barry has dug for us, and he’ll have no one to blame for the wind fall but Dubbya! That would be a hell of a “time-capsule Christmas gift” to leave the country! It would blow away what we’ve spent and more than justify having gone in. This alone is enough to make me believe it might not happen, as the left will do all they can to avoid anything good happening to US. even if by accident!

How do I know the 25,000 dinar note is authentic? I received a report stating that it was nothing more than a big lie. Anyone?
